Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms is to stipulate the necessary matters for the User to use the psychological tests and advertising services provided by the Site.

Article 2 (Provision of Services)

The Site allows anyone to access and take psychological tests without membership registration.

The User can share their test results with others by copying the URL or using the SNS sharing function.

The Site generates revenue through advertising and affiliate programs such as Google AdSense, Amazon Associates, Coupang Partners, and AliExpress Affiliate.

Article 3 (Service Use and Restrictions)

1. The Site strives to provide stable services and may change or suspend all or part of the services without prior notice for operational or technical reasons.

2. The operator may restrict or block service use without prior notice if the User engages in any of the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws, public order, or good morals.
• Acts that infringe upon the rights of third parties, including the operator's intellectual property rights.
• Collecting data in an abnormal manner using automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, etc.).
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service's source code or algorithms.
• Placing an excessive load on the server or otherwise interfering with normal service operation.
• Other acts that violate the obligations under these Terms or are deemed to significantly interfere with the smooth operation of the service.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

The copyright for the content (text, images, code, etc.) provided on the Site belongs to the operator or the rightful holder.

The User may not reproduce, distribute, or secondarily process the content without the prior consent of the operator.

Article 5 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability)

1. All services and content provided on the Site are for entertainment and informational purposes only and do not substitute for professional or medical advice. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of the psychological test results.

2. The service is provided "As Is" and "As Available." The operator makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

3. The final responsibility for all judgments and actions made by the User based on the information or results obtained from the service lies solely with the User. The operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising therefrom.

4. The operator is not responsible for any temporary or permanent suspension of or errors in the service due to force majeure, server failures, network issues, periodic maintenance, or other unavoidable reasons.

5. All responsibility for products or services provided on external websites linked through advertising and affiliate programs lies with the operators of those sites and the User. The Site assumes no warranty or liability in this regard.

Article 6 (Advertising and Affiliate Programs)

The Site may include affiliate advertising, through which the User may be directed to external sites.

Responsibility for the products and services provided on external sites lies with the respective sites and providers.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. In the event of a lawsuit filed in connection with a dispute between the operator and the User regarding the use of this service, the court having jurisdiction over the operator's address shall be the exclusive agreed-upon court of jurisdiction, separate from the competent court under the Code of Civil Procedure.
