How pallet fit is estimated

The calculator checks both carton orientations on the pallet footprint, chooses the better layer pattern, then multiplies it by the stackable layer count.

Calculation notes

  • Boxes per layer use whichever carton orientation fits more cartons on the pallet base.
  • Max layers are calculated from max stack height divided by carton height.
  • Total pallet boxes = boxes per layer x max layers.

Not directly. Enter the usable stack height above the pallet deck if pallet thickness matters in your workflow.
